Our mission is to empower university students and their leaders across all institutions of higher learning in Kenya and beyond. Additionally, we aim to provide leadership capacity building to both new and former student leaders, empowering them to positively shape the destiny of the country through effective leadership and civic engagement.

USLA-K envisions fostering a vibrant and inclusive student leadership community that actively engages in empowering university students and their leaders. We strive to contribute to the development and prosperity of the nation through responsible leadership and civic engagement.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

The University Student Leaders Association (USLA) is committed to the following core goals:

Empowering university students and their leaders to advocate for their rights, interests, and welfare.
Providing leadership capacity building programs and resources to enhance effectiveness.
Facilitating dialogue and collaboration among student leaders from different institutions.
Promoting civic engagement and social responsibility among university students.
Collaborating with educational institutions, government bodies, and stakeholders.
Organizing events, workshops, and campaigns to raise awareness.
Upholding principles of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity.
Networking with other student organizations, nationally and internationally.
