The Universities Student Leaders Association (USLA) is a national leadership ecosystem that brings together student leaders from universities, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions, and colleges into a unified platform for leadership development, mentorship, research, innovation, and civic engagement.

USLA exists to strengthen the leadership capacity of young people by transforming student representation into a structured system of mentorship-driven leadership formation, institutional collaboration, and social transformation.
