The operational arm of USLA Kenya
The Secretariat is the operational arm responsible for implementing USLA's programs and managing day-to-day institutional activities. It is composed of full-time professionals, many of whom are former student leaders with proven leadership experience and technical expertise.
This structure ensures continuity between student leadership experience and professional institutional management. The Secretariat is responsible for execution, coordination, partnerships, communication, and program delivery.
The Secretariat is led by a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who oversees all departmental operations and reports to the Board of Advisors.
